Weekly Wrap-up 6: Horn Delivery and Finishing.

One of two horns is completed and out the door! This week featured a few final days of bending, and then an intense few days of finishing work and detailed evaluation.

I usually take a few days off after a horn is delivered, it is such a massive investment in energy to take it all the way to this point. However, I'll have to wait another week while I finish up the other horn on the bench. I'm also always surprised at how many details there are to check and perfect before delivery. I know that I'm kind of slow with these, but sometimes I wonder what gets overlooked in faster shops. I spend a lot of time trying to find ways to trim time off each horn, but some things just can't be skipped!
